Michelle Davis, M.D. - Received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, Ithica, NY. She received her medical degree in 1990 from MSU - College of Human Medicine. She is married and has two adult children and one granddaughter. She has lived in the Kentwood area for more than 20 years. Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. Her special interests are Wellness care, adolescent health and family centered maternity care. Her personal interests include sewing, gardening and spending time with her family.

Pamela Zelasko, M.D. - Received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and her Masters degree in Biology from Oakland University. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State Unversity School of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Zelasko is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. She is married and has two children. Her special interests are Wellness and Disease Prevention and Adolescent Health. Her personal interests include golfing, scrapbooking, music, Tigers baseball, Red Wings hockey and spending time with family.

Cindy Opolka, M.D. - Recieved her Bachelor of Science Degree from Albion College. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of medicine and completed a Family Practice Residency from Providence Hospital in Southfield in 1994. Doctor Opolka is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. Her special interests are sports medicine and caring for families from birth to the elderly. Her interests include running, biking, swimming, and volunteering in her children's school and extracuricular activities.
